Tiffany has been a certified Cycling Instructor since 2014 and in 2019 added Group Fitness Instructor to her resume!

She has 4 years of experience working with youth sports teams: training agility and body-weight strength, as well as assisting with school youth running programs.  She enjoys teaching and sharing her love of fitness.

Tiffany loves creating fun classes that are challenging, high energy and seeing members achieve their fitness goals!
